Scale Everything Keep It Human
Late on the evening of March 26, 2012, the day wrapped up after a stretch of focused work involving difficult discussions and efforts to improve processes across the business in order to keep scaling. When an AI assistant was asked for journaling prompts, it pointed out that it was 11 PM and work was still top of mind, which prompted a brief reflection on whether that level of dedication borders on obsession — though the honest conclusion was that the work is genuinely enjoyable. The core theme running through the entry is a drive to grow every part of the business — sales, marketing, customer success, quality, and the team itself — while keeping each of those areas fundamentally human. There is a strong conviction that all tasks humans currently perform on computers will eventually be automated by AI within the next thirty years, making the human element not just important but central to everything worth building.

12.3.26 It's pretty late. Had an amazing day. Working and tackling some hard discussions. And pushing hard to move forward. Trying to enhance our processes in different aspects of the business to keep growing. To keep scaling up! I was asking Jarvis to suggest some highlights of the day to write about. And I was very surprised about the outcome: "It's 11 PM & you are still thinking about work!". Whoops! Is that a bad think? Am Am I monomaniacal, working too much on what I love? And that's true. I enjoy the ride so much. There is this passion about
optimizing all aspect. Make every detail better. Grow the team, keep it human. Grow the Sales. Keep it human. Grow the marketing. Keep it human. Grow the customer success. Keep it human. Grow the quality. Keep it human. Grow the business. Keep it human. This human part is 100% key! I am convinced, after seeing all the recent progress of AI in the last years, that ALL the tasks we do on the computer will be automated & done by AI. I repeat: All the tasks we, human, can do on a computer, will be automated and done by AI.
And this is 100% sure! And it will happen in less than a generation. In less than 30 years! So get ready! Learn, grow, build. Do what you have to do. And remember : HUMAN is in THE CENTER! Keep pushing, good night, Romain
