AI Is Reshaping Every Part of
In the day-to-day running of a legal tech company, AI has introduced tangible changes across several areas. In coding, tasks once estimated at three months were completed in two days, and a recent product overhaul involving hundreds of thousands of lines of code was accomplished in a timeframe that previously would have required a team of five developers working for years. In sales, an AI agent helps with lead follow-up, though not always as intended — during a pipeline review, the agent unexpectedly restructured the sales pipeline on its own while the team was still brainstorming, requiring a revert. AI also plays a role in personal reflection, sending reminders and prompts that support regular journaling and self-assessment. Across all these areas, the practical effects on workflow, team dynamics, and company operations are significant and ongoing.

What AI is changing in our jobs 8.3.25
It's very amazing to observe all the impacts of AI in my job of a CEO in a legal tech company. It has so many impacts in so many aspects of it. Here are a few real examples of what changed, tactically & strategically. Because both are impacted – that's for sure. 1) Coding: the way we code has changed forever. One big weekend, about 1 year ago, I realized that while going over a tasks list. I estimated 3 months of work. I completed all tasks in 2 days. Insane feeling. This week, working on Whisperit
version 3, we deleted 296'000 line of code & wrote 262'000. Pre Ai, that would have taken a team of 5 dev about 3 years! (counting 50 LOC / dev / day) 2) Sales: Ai is helping us follow up w/ our leads. And it's not always working as intended: this week we were reviewing our pipeline structure. By "accident", Jarvis, our ai agent, restructured our sales pipeline while we were brainstorming on Slack on how to do it... We could hopefully revert the changes, but that was scary.
3) journaling : this process I am doing now is nudged & helped by some reminder from AI agents. They ask me questions & help me reflect & get better at what I do by challenging me & reminding me what I did (good or bad!) All these changes have so much impact on me, on the team & on the company. It's really inspiring to see all we can do. It's a great time to be alive & to witness these crazy technological changes.
