Whisperit v3, preparing to ship in early 2026, represents a deliberate effort to double down on what has already proven effective — voice-driven drafting, fast document creation, styling, templates, and the broader vision of an AI-native legal operating system. The product direction has been shaped by thousands of exchanges with lawyers worldwide over the past eighteen months, generating a deep, well-documented understanding of legal teams' pain points. Early testers have responded with strong enthusiasm, regularly asking when the final version will be available. At the same time, the push to pack in so many features revealed a challenge: larger law firms with hundreds or even a thousand lawyers found the scope of change intimidating, viewing the switch to a young company as risky. In response, the decision was made to simplify by thinking in terms of modules, standalone features, APIs, and integrations, allowing firms to adopt at their own pace rather than facing an all-or-nothing transition.

Doubling down & backing up 12. 2. 2026 This duality is very interesting & I hope it sparks some interest. In Whisperit v3 that we are about to ship, we had to do a lot of crazy work & take a lot of hard decisions. 1) Doubling down: This is the first logical step: taking what works. Make it better, more powerfull & double down on it. Voice, drafting document very fast, styling, templates, AI native legal OS: here we come! It's insane the amount of data we have gathered in the last 18 months. We had literally 1000s of exchanges with lawyers,

all around the world. This has made us realize that this data, this knowledge is a true GOLD MINE! It's INSANE! And we have it all documented. Tons of notes, 5-why questions, going deep into the pain point of all the legal teams we have crossed & had the chance to talk with. And being a startup with so much energy, such a great team, is amazing. It's the opportunity of our lifetime. All this combined, let us, gave us, the chance to release Whisperit v3 for legal teams. to ask when the final version will be released. Feels amazing. But going so crazy all in, has its negative aspects. We noticed that we added so many features, that bigger law firms are scared. They are afraid because the change is too big. They have a group of 200, 400, 1000 lawyers to give the best products, the best tools out there; and the risk of changing, to a young company like us, is scary. And I understand this. So I decided, we decided, to simplify. Think modules. Features. API. Integration. This will let everyone adopt at its own pace. And pace, is important. We all
